Original World War  II Indonesia Propaganda Flyer Condition Of Citizens After War
Measures approximately 5 3/4" x 8 1/4".
Seems to be from the Indonesian Government to its residents advising the condition of the citizens from War.  Seems to be the Indonesian War Of Independence (1945 - 1949)   Below is some script as transcribed on google.
Thousands of fellow countrymen who were tricked into being Heiho or Romusha have been appointed to places where the work of Dijpang's boet works. Many people have been hijacked by Djaoeh from the homeland.
Almost everyone who was still alive was found to be so weak due to hunger and illness that when the Union troops came to help them, they could not stand up anymore.
The Heiho and Romusha people who were freed by the Union soldiers were looked after by Indonesian officials from Nica.
