The poster reads:

"The disaster year '40 made us slaves. The German boot shattered the fragile Peace coarsely. Beyond luck! No more freedom! Onhist's eyes became dull. The tough underground resistance deserves the highest praise! The Voice from London held in us the smoldering spark of hope of salvation from the grasp of the "nobles" Rasgermanic. There, overseas, there was toiled, worked on Army and Fleet. After a four-five-year wait, Freedom arrived for us. Much has been destroyed, destroyed, murdered, but our people... that will continue to exist. Our people of warriors for the right, of Art and Science, it will regain its glory of yesteryear step by step. Thank our Friends in distress from across the Ocean. Here our Tribute with the wish: Every shield a Victory!"
